However, due to the nature of our business — which includes both new and preloved items — we have a clear and transparent policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. General Policy
All sales made through Mama Baby Marketplace are considered final, except in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Breast pumps and related accessories
Feeding bottles, nipples, and pacifiers
Skincare, toiletries, and cosmetics
Preloved or second-hand products
Custom-made or pre-ordered items
We deeply value your understanding, as these policies are in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers — especially mothers and babies.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following details when you reach out:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
Our team will review your claim, and if approved, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
3. Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item by mistake, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund once the incorrect product has been returned to us in its original, unused condition.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved claims related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Once approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that:
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible in specific cases, such as size or model issues (if applicable), and are subject to product availability.
All items returned for exchange must be in unused, original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and tags intact.
6. Pre-Orders and Sourcing Requests
All pre-orders and sourcing requests are processed specifically upon customer request and therefore are non-refundable once confirmed.
In rare cases of supplier delay or unavailability, we will contact you directly to offer an alternative product or store credit.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled or refunded unless it meets the conditions mentioned above (defective, incorrect, or damaged).
